ABSTRACT This article aims to problematize gender norms that sustain and update inequalities in the service sector in Brazil as a space for the constitution of workers and forms of subjectivation. The study that guided the writing of the text articulates the categories gender and sexual division of labor and is presented as part of an integrative project of research proposals that aim to analyze the participation of women in different sectors of the Brazilian economy. For the analysis of the subject, through an interdisciplinary dialogue with the areas of study of psychology, sociology, economics, history, among others, are presented indices of participation and studies on workers in the service sector in Brazil, this made it possible to problematize the themes of the sexual division of labor, gender inequalities and forms of subjectivation.
Abstract: The present article demonstrates the results of a bibliographic research, conceived from the deductive method for the purpose of approach and, monographic, procedural on civil liability for violation of the rights to privacy in cases of pornography of revenge against women, having by main objective, to investigate how the Court of Justice of the State of Rio Grande do Sul has decided against these cases. Therefore, the problem that surrounds the core of the research is the following question: In cases of pornography of revenge against women, with violation of the rights to privacy in the network society, such as the Court of Justice of the State of Rio Grande do Sul position and what is the basis for the configuration and application of moral damages? Once the theoretical approach of the topic was made, a jurisprudential mapping was carried out in order to verify the positioning of this problem and from the study it was realized that the said court, although timidly, has given a satisfactory answer.
